Accessing Campus During
Control Order (CMCO) Period
An SOP for INCEIF students from 8th March 2020
As you are aware, the Malaysia’s National Security Council and Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) has agreed to
allow six (6) categories of students of higher learning institutions to return to their respective campuses beginning
March 2021. Therefore, we are now commencing a phased, partial return to campus starting 8 MARCH 2021,
Monday, with a focus on priority areas while minimising density, movement, gatherings and time spent on campus.
It’s important to understand that this is not an immediate return to campus life as it was before COVID-19.
We are enhancing infection control and cleaning measures in place to ensure that we are creating the safest
environment and continuing to prioritise the health and safety of those on campus.
Students who are undergoing research and ABL projects and require specific facilities on campus such
as discussion areas to conduct research for their thesis, dissertations, project papers or practice papers.
Students who do not have access and without a conducive environment to undergo teaching and
learning (PdP) online
Appointment with staff – Research Assistance (RAs), Graduate Academic Assistance (GAAs),
supervision or consultation
There will be no face-to-face classes and student activities to be conducted on campus until further notice.
