INCEIF thanks Pro-Chancellor Dr Rozali Mohamed Ali for his service

INCEIF would like to record our utmost appreciation to Dr Rozali Mohamed Ali whose term at INCEIF has come to a close. He was one of INCEIF?s board members and in 2008, was appointed as the first Pro-Chancellor of the university.

Dr Rozali is one of the founding INCEIF Governing Council (IGC) members, holding the chairmanship since 2006. The IGC is empowered by the Board to advise on strategic directions and provide visionary global insights on the learning needs of the Islamic financial services industry with the aim of transcending the needs of the industry locally and globally.

We thank Dr Rozali for his guidance and advice to the management and faculty members as INCEIF stays on track to be the knowledge leader in Islamic finance knowledge. His experience as past directors at Commerce Asset-Holdings Berhad (now known as CIMB Group Holdings Berhad), Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (now known as CIMB Investment Bank Berhad), CIMB Berhad Bumiputra Commerce Bank Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank Berhad) and PT Bank Niaga Tbk, among others, has certainly contributed to the development of INCEIF as a university that bridges the gap between academia and industry.

We wish Dr Rozali all the best in his future endeavours and again, thank him for his leadership in helping INCEIF makes its mark in the Islamic finance knowledge world.
