INCEIF as a member of the MY KM Roundtable, is delighted to organise a talk “Implementing a Lessons Learned Process and Framework – How Can We Stop Reinventing the Wheel?”.

This will be a case sharing session from Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR), on the implementation of their lessons learned programme. JKR is the nation’s largest technical agency responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of public infrastructure projects with 22,000-strong workforce. In an attempt to address recurrent and critical issues in major projects, JKR implemented a systematic lessons learned programme which includes capturing and documenting project lessons learned, development of a JKR Practical Guide on Project Lessons Learned (PLL), an integrated approach towards capturing project learnings, and establishing uniform practice among all project teams. It will be conducted in an informal discussion format.
