Financial Aid (eMIF)

The INCEIF Bursary is a financial assistance scheme offered by INCEIF to current continuing students at INCEIF. Open to all academic Programmes - MIFP, eMIF, MSc and PhD in Islamic Finance.

1. All students are eligible to apply. Open to current continuing students. Scholarship and Financial Assistance Unit, Registry and Student Services Department

2. Selection for INCEIF Bursary is based on contribution, academic merit, affordability and depends on the availability of funds.
3. Recipients must pass eMIF papers in the last semester.
4. Currently not receiving any form of financial aid or scholarship.
5. Dependent on the availability of funds.

Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS), applicants must COMPLY to the following criteria:

1. Is not more than 40 and 45 years old at the time of application for Master and PhD levels respectively. Scholarship Division

2. Possessing good academic qualifications:
  • Masters applicants: obtaining CGPA 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Honours) or higher at Bachelor’s Degree level;
  • PhD applicants: obtaining CGPA 3.0 / excellent results at Masters level in course related to the intended study program
3. Mastering good proficiency of English Language:
  • Obtaining band 6.0 or higher in IELTS; or
  • Obtaining a total score of 550 or higher in TOEFL paper-based test (PBT); or
  • Has obtained previous degree(s) with English used as the medium of instructions (evidence is a prerequisite).
4. Submitting a written research proposal with minimum of 1,000 words that is relevant to the intended field of studies.
